Kwik Fit Swansea - Carmarthen Road

Absolutely brilliant service from Alan and the team at Cwmdu Kwik fit. They resolved a massive problem which all other garages simply gave up on and failed to solve. Highly recommended and will visit again. Thanks

Totally unacceptable,i have been to them with a noise on my back tyres whem they have told me that they need to make a test drive around the car park and i agreed.they started to brake and accelerate the car like they wanted to break it.3 guys done the same things with my car till i told them to leave it like that.they said sorry doesnt seem nothing wrong after 3 hours spent,i went home and i fixed the problem on another garage .one piece of metal wasnt holding properly.
Please stay away.they are unprofessional and rude.

Failed MOT on a dodgy windscreen wiper had to go back the next day for it to be replaced. Kwik Fit then failed to update my MOT. Long story short, I was driving around with no MOT for five months. They're too concerned about making an extra couple of quid than doing a good job.

Brilliant. Booked MOT online. Turned up early, they have parking outside so wasn't a problem. They called me when it was done. Explained advisories well. Bargain MOT price.

Fantastic attitude towards customers and actually learned a thing or two about my car as well. I know where I'm going to get any work done for my car in the future.

Have used this place for years to mot by alfa's and for general servicing. I have always found them to be very helpful.

Took my car into Kwik Fit, Carmarthen Road after all the air came out of one of my tyres when checking pressures at a petrol station.... Expected to have to pay for a replacement valve and also thought they might try and get a new tyre out of me.... (Negative thoughts due to other tyre companies I have had dealings with in the past!!)

I couldn't have been more wrong... Left the car there for about half hour while I had a quick mooch around The Range. When I went back, the car was all ready for me. They had checked the valve and tyre and found it to be ok, inflated it and put it back on the car for me, replacing the space saver I had to put on... Even better, they didn't charge me a penny....

I know there have been negative comments placed, but I can only go on my experience and my experience was excellent!!

Spent two hours here on Sunday changing a tyre. I didn't mind this but I asked if he could also check the tracking/balance because the car wobbled at 60-70mph. He agreed this was a good idea, charged me £6 per wheel and spent a long time fiddling taking the wheels off etc. On the way home to Dorset the car was worse than ever. My wife has very sore wrists from the vibration.
She has just taken the car to Kwik fit in Yeovil who explained that they had not balanced anything and had left some of the nuts off. I would love to hear from Kwik fit to know how to get my money back for the balancing act.
Thanks you Yeovil branch for fixing it for free.I know you didn't have to.
