They were busy but happy to change my tyre even though it took the staff over their closing time. Good service.

The worst in town!! Went back there twice to check on the brakes after changing them there. They're so expensive I wouldn't go back there again.

under no circumstances come here. I had an MOT done and without telling me they made so called 'adjustments' to my headlamp. stating to pass MOT they had to straighten one of them out. they charged me 13Pounds for the job and 30 for MOT. I know myself nothing was wrong with the headlamp because when I am driving at night both headlamps are perfectly positioned.

Took my car for steering wheel alignment (tracking) and they said no problem it's a 5 minute job. Charged me £50 for those 5 minutes. When driving car home it was immediately obvious nothing had been corrected with the steering wheel.

Took it back the next day and whilst they agreed to have another look, the attitude of the guy there was extremely unprofessional and rude, barley looking me in the eye and just taking my car keys and walking away without telling me they'd call or when to come back. Making me feel like it was somehow my fault they had failed to fix the problems the day before.

3 hours later they call me to pick it up and assure me it's all sorted this time. Unfortunately, driving home it is clearly exactly the same as before. Absolutely dreadful experience and £50 out of pocket for nothing but wasted time. Will never use again and would certainly not recommend.

Absolutely pathetic....
Went to have brakes bleed there as didnt have right tools for it, apparently they need the car for the entire day and will need to order parts.
What parts would be needed for someone to press a brake pedal and someone to use a spanner to open a bleed nipple to expel air from brake system...

Extremely quick a professional service on both occasions I have had to drop in. This time for a punctured tyre and they had me on the road after a quick repair to the tyre within 45 mins. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this particular kwik-fit as their staff really know what they're doing.

Disappointed. Was tempted in with the MOT offer of £30. After MOT was carried out i recieved a call to say 2 tyres needed to be replaced to pass the Mot... it turns out only 1 needed to be changed to pass the mot. Then thry stunned me with the £200 for 2 tyres (for a 2012 fiesta 16"), after hearing my reaction he tapped the computer a bit then came back with £170... when i eventually picked up my car they finially quoted £135 for 2 budget tyres. Even i know that is iver priced. Also was charged £12 for something that took them seconds to do and without approval to carry out the job.

Unfortunately many people put trust in these 'brands' and end up getting ripped off. I eventually took my car to Harris brothers who replaced my tyres for A LOT cheaper and much friendlier staff too.
