La Mancha

Rip off meal, pasta was a puddle of watery, oil in a bowl .. no vegetable to provide if wanting a chicken ..very small portion, was starving after meal, worse ever ... also it's seems never packed, easily to go in and sit down without booking ... obviously foods was not great! Only the wine is good ...

Sue spittle now as recently Dave x I had our wedding reception in lamancha it was the best day ever.thank you Vicki and the amazing staff food x hospitality was amazing I would recommend any ocassion to take place there..well done lamancha from Mr x Mrs spittle x xx

Reluctant 3 stars.Food ...the starters of prawn cocktail not so good.Main of cod outstanding as usual.What ruined it for me was £7.50 for glass of house wine.Its £3.90 in Weatherspoons

This was our first and only visit, and we are also Restaurant owners / Chefs
5 of us went for father's day 2017
3 enjoyed the food and 2 of us did not

but. all of us were not happy with the service, EXCEPT for 1 guy who ran down the street after us because we left a bracelet on the table.

We sat down early at 14:00 we ordered at 14:10 and we all only wanted a main and dessert
23 beef & 2 chicken dinners
our mains took 1 hour to come out (after other tables who ordered after us were served before)
We asked where our food was as we had to be at the train station at 16:02 for my sister to go back to London

finally our food arrived at around 15:10, we ate and then ordered dessert at 15:25
2 Ice Cream, 2 cheesecake and 1 other cake

we asked multiple times when the desserts would be brought out

Desserts were delivered at 15:50
We left after only having enough time to eat half of our desserts at 15:55

The only other positive was the guitar player of the day was very good.

Great restaurant, want to try the tapas next time yum.

Fantastic food and service is second to none, especially a young man (think his name was Adam) very polite and attentive. Will definitely return....soon
