I was so pleased with my Spring Clean last week. The girls were very professional and my house looked a smelt beautiful when they left. I have also used the laundry service for a suit and dress which were needed for a wedding. They were very accommodating and had the outfits to me on a fast track so we had them back in time to travel up for the wedding.

The owner, Lesley is extremely unhelpful and rude on the phone. She does not listen, makes excuses and blames the customer. (See her response below) We were offering them over £4k of business a year and got rid of them after a month, mainly because of the way we were spoken to on the phone.

For example, they agreed to clean windows. Only cleaned windows to shoulder height, made the excuse that cleaning higher is a health and saftey issue. (Literally could have just extended their arm, not out of reach by any means) No mention of this policy while quoting.

A 'litter pick' of our car park consisted of sweeping leaves and litter into a small pile and then leaving it there for the wind to redistribute. No mention when quoting that a 'litter pick' does not include litter removal.

They cherry pick what they actually respond to, (see response below that ignores the litter pick) make excuses and try to charge extra for anything they can think of. All signs of a bad company.

They seem to believe that saying 'We have high standards' is the same as actually having high standards.

They broke their contract by not doing the work as agreed.

We have used Ladybirds for over five years to clean the communal areas(kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room, hall etc) of our rental property. They have always exceeded our expectations, and responded to any special requests for areas that required particular attention. We have had a mixture of tenants,not all very tidy ! However the cleaners have always kept the house looking good. The ladies employed are all trustworthy and hard working. The costs are very fair.

Had these guys in today for a Spring Clean and I cant believe the difference. The place is sparkling like a new pin. All my windows have been cleaned, my bathroom is shining and my kitchen is spotless. I must admit that I only saw the reviews AFTER I had booked and I wondered about cancelling BUT I needn't have worried. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

If you want to pay £200 to have your stuff moved around but not much more these are your people, avoid!
