We are a small, rural, award winning playgroup offering quality care & a stimulating educational experience for children aged 2 to 4 years.

Ladybirds Preschool is a nurturing environment for your children. A multi-award winning playgroup offering quality care and a stimulating educational experience for children aged 2 to 4 years.
We have two settings based within the grounds of local schools in Abergavenny - Our Lady and St Michaels R. C. School and Llanvihangel Crucorney Primary.
We are Monmouthshire County Council approved and CCSIW registered and are able to utilise childcare vouchers.
Both settings
• Have excellent indoor and outdoor facilities
• Boast qualified, caring and experienced staff trained in the Foundation Phase Curriculum
As parents ourselves we offer a warm and welcoming environment where children can expect individual care and attention, with a high ratio of adults to children. A healthy snack is offered to each child at each session as part of the healthy pre-school scheme.
Ladybirds run a ‘Key Worker’ system where each child is allocated a member of staff who is responsible for developing a trusting and caring relationship with you and your child. This is to provide continuity and security to a child and their parents during the admissions process.
We also offer a lunch club on a Mon /Wed and Fri at an additional cost extending the hours to 13: 00.
