Thank you thank you i ordered a coatigan on Wednesday in denim blue, however on looking at website I spied the mustard. Sent an email asking to change my order. Received the mustard 1 today, absolutely delighted. Speed of delivery was impressive, I'm in northern Ireland, can not fault service either. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Ordered Emily square neck in gey, took 3 days delivery, excellent quality and will be getting its first outing as i walk my daughter down the isle, will be investing again with some more clothing i am hooked!

Like many of you very apprehensive ordering ... ordered a dress and 2 pieces of jewellery just yesterday lunch time kept up to date on order progress constantly ... arrived by 9.30 this morning beautifully packaged I’m extremely happy with all my purchases definitely recommend !!!

If there was anything ld change it would be, that the 'one size' doesn't always cover the larger sizes, but in Lagenlooks favour they do state what size the item will fit. I have also ordered jewellery which has been super. I will certainly shop with them again in the future.

I was fortunate to be the winner of 1 of these Amazing coatigans in a competition last week .Lucky me !!!! I originally asked for it in black as did the usual for me being size 18 but unfortunately you were out of stock at that moment but you assured me that new stock was arriving and that it would be posted out then .I have to add that all conversations between us were done by private message and you always kept me informed of everything I needed to know before I even had a chance to ask !!! Haha�� .So after speaking to family members and them telling me to "Stop being so boring !!! You should wear a bit of colour ." I thought mmmmmmmm maybe they were right !! So I messaged your kind selves to see if it was possible to have it in mustard instead of black .I did think to myself that maybe I was being a little cheeky as after all it was a competition prize .and you had been so great in all other aspects .But no !! Back came a message "Mustard it is then Tracee "!! followed by delivery details .How fantastic !!! This morning my mustard coatigan arrived !! So excited !! I honestly couldn't be more happier with it .It so snug and warm like your favourite blanket but it looks so smart on .It's top quality !! It really is .The fit is perfect too .I was a little concerned it would make me look bigger !! But I needn't of worried .It hides a multitude of sins without adding bulk !! It really is Stunning ! Received my goods all packed in tissue paper fit well and really comfortable great for abroad, one mistake sent wrong item checked codes in picture wrong but kept the item sent will contact company.

My girlfriend bought me a lovely black tunic dress with big pockets for my birthday as we were going out for a meal, it's gorgeous and I love it only problem was one of the pockets the stitching had come away so there was a large hole at the bottom of the pocket ...i just sewed it as we were staying in a hotel that night but it was such a shame. I still love it though!

I really love the quirkiness of the clothes from Lagenlook and have bought numerous items since finding the company. plus size modern unique clothes. however recently there seems to be less and less 24+ plus size items. I get emails showing new in items and get excited only to find they only go up to 20/22. please please try and get bigger sizes in, especially in trousers/skirts etc.

First order. Felt apprehensive.

One top and one dress. Top fantastic. Dress a little tight on the arms but I'm still happy.

Keeping both items and will be ordering again. I'm recommending to friends

Would be a better rating - I was very happy with one of my first purchases (the other is being returned as it just did not suit), when they eventually arrived. But I feel that 26 days from charging my credit card is an unacceptable wait (esp since there is a 30 day return policy…though LL have kindly agreed to waive that this time). I order regularly from the UK (I'm in New Zealand) and have never experienced a delay like it. I've now quickly placed another order to catch the end of your summer and beginning of ours and truly HOPE that I can expect a faster turnaround.
