Fantastic service! Went in to the shop recently to look at some watches for my birthday coming up. Saw Martin who was really helpful. Great knowledge which was nice to have, and was shown some Omega and IWC’s. Really knows his stuff, and when I have the cash, I’ll be back for an IWC.

The price in the window is a con!! And the sales assistants knowledge sounds convincing but is questionable.
Absolutely gutted visited parkhouse to purchase a long awaited eternity ring. Had great service and advice by the sales assistant, looked around at other jewellers but after seeing quality and price decided on the one in parkhouse excitedly ordered it and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks to be resized. Then after paying a small fortune we were contacted by phone and few days later to say that the price had gone up by another £170!! Because the ring in fact had to be made and the price of gold varys alot so it now costs £170 more than it was in the shop window and that we had been told and charged. But because they had told us the wrong price they would give us £50 off. We were told it needed resizing not to be made from scratch but the sales assistant said on the phone that she wouldn't of said that because you can't resize eternity rings something I definitely would of remembered her saying. And if this was the case she would have known the price would be different. So BEWARE all, the price in the window is far from the actual price. We feel totally ripped off.

Bought a omega speedmaster for my 40th after looking and wanting one for years. Finally found the one I wanted in park house.

Andy helped me with all my questions, gave great advice and service. I found Andy very knowledgeable and patient. Very happy with the watch and service from him thank you.

Outstanding customer service in trying to find an Omega watch that had been discontinued. No pushy shop assistants. I'm sure I tested Sarah's patience to the limit. Will go out of my way to shop here again.

Great service. However the order took a little longer than expected and we were told. We were also later told that the rings were imported from Hong Kong.

Sent my Tag Carrera 1887 back to the store since i had an unknown object under the lens. They sent it to Tag and once it returned to the store and i went to collect the Bezel was dented/chipped in 2 locations.

Manager did not want to help. Apparently the damage was probably already there and i never noticed. My handover slip says otherwise.

Shame really the watch was great. Issue ongoing 14.09.16
