I place all the deposits in a Client Account protected by the TDS Bond Scheme.

Professional contractors carry out annual electric and gas safety checks. All Boiler and Plumbing are covered by a British Gas Service Contract. Direct Number is given to tenants, encase of break down.

Because you are direct with me and my team, I can care for my tenants better than an agency. It also means you save money - upto 15% cheaper rent.
