Housing and Enabling have sent an email on behalf of Rent Officer Wales. Although not compulsory to complete the questionnaire, it would assist in allowing Rent Officer Wales to assess the Local Housing Allowance for Torfaen and Monmouthshire and possibly influence Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rates in the future. None of your contact details have been given to Welsh Government. We have agreed to facilitate this questionnaire to keep your details confidential.
