What a lovely little place in the heart of Cardiff. Me and my daughter visited yesterday for a wash a blow dry before attending the Anthony Joshua fight. And the staff couldnt do enough for us. Rachel battled with my daughters African hair giving her the best result iv seen jack ran after us providing us with drinks and the other lady (sorry didnt catch name) offered us lunch when she went for hers inbetween clients. Manager definitely took ur breath away when he came In.. �� thanks guys much appreciated, definitely recommend and hopefully will see you all soon. X

Went to the salon to have a bit of a change for my hair, so was a little nervous! Ceri was very welcoming and reassured me all would be ok! She recommended the colour to go for and explained the reasoning behind it, so I trusted her and I love my new do! The colour is fab and I’m really happy with the cut. To top it all off, 50% off colours on a Wednesday!! Could not recommend this place enough.

Visited the salon yesterday and will definitely be returning. Rachel was our stylist and after giving her free reign with my daughters long hair, we both left extremely pleased with the results. All the staff were friendly and helpful making the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. Cannot recommend this place enough and in particular the expertise of Rachel.

Recently had my hair done at Lazarou by Rachel, was slightly nervous at first as I haven’t had my hair coloured since moving to Cardiff two years ago but after hearing excellent reviews I decided to book an appointment. Right from the get go everyone was so nice and friendly in the salon and Rachel was really good explaining everything as she did it. I’m so happy with the result! My hair hasn’t felt in this good condition for a long time. Already booked my next appointment! Absolutely loved it, thanks!

Martin was amazing, made the change from long hair to a bob far less scary!! (Also has fantastic taste in music, nothing beats Madonna!) He gave me brilliant advice on how to style shorter hair too which has been a massive help! Thank you Martin, you absolute star!!

Love my new hair thanx to trainee Jack Welladvize �, (and Martin to keep an eye on him) From a variety of bands of colour on frizzy home coloured barnet, to beautiful shiny sleek highlights and a sharp cut. Thank you both and see you in September �

Literally the best hair expert with amazing results each and every time! Ceri is phenomenal, worth the drive back every time I visit home xx

Last Monday I had a wonderful experience at this salon, Martin listened to what I wanted and has given me a lush new look. He showed me ways to style my new cut and offered great tips for other looks. I'm already booked in for a trim to keep the style in great shape and I'm looking forward to it.



Martin was charming and I couldn't fault his skills. The overall experience was 5* which is paired with a fair price for the level of service.

I went to lazarou hair salon today and I got my hair washed, cut and blow dry and straightened, the finishing look was amazing I loved it best hair cut I've ever had to be honest.

I went there for a wash and cut after a horrible inconsistent haircut I had in London. Now my hair is perfect, just the way I wanted it in the first place! 10/10 would recommend and would HIGHLY recommend Jack! He’s amazing. He definitely knows his stuff and he was giving me tips on how to style/take care of my hair. Will be recommending this salon to my friends and family.

I really love this place! Always friendly, highly professional but affordable. This time had my hair done by Harriet. She is absolutely fantastic! Heard a lot of positive comments about my new haircut today and I am happy with what I see in the mirror. Didn't know my hair could look so good. Thanks, Harriet! Amazing job!

Martin did a great job on my cut, which was a very big change for me - from below shoulder length to a bob with a fringe EEK! But it looks very cool and I got some good advice on how to style it at home.

Got to chat a bit with other staff members and they were all very nice and friendly.

I had a really great experience. I was apprehensive to have my hair restyled, into a bob, to the point where I was clinging on to a towel for dear life, lol. But I have to say the team were awesome, everyone of them were supportive, offering cups of tea/coffee and a chat.

Martin was brilliant, so so funny. (He loves the view btw from the new upstairs salon�)

I had a great time! Would definitely 110% recommend.

I came in for a cut on Saturday the 16th June with Martin and absolutely love the cut. All the staff were very friendly and chatty and I felt very comfortable in the salon. I also came in for a full heady colour today and again in love with the overall end result. I'm booked in again for August and would definitely recommend to others. Lovely place to go to.

Had my hair fully coloured today for the first time. Martin was fabulous, he knew what he was talking about and listened to everything I wanted. He was brilliant from start to finish!! His energy and enthusiasm made me enjoy my experience even more! The end result I got was better than expected. He was professional throughout and I will definitely be going back!

Jack who helped out was also brilliant. Easy to talk to and obviously very passionate about his job.

I was very nervous as I fancied a big change but Rachel made me feel very comfortable and completely took on board what I wanted to have done. All other hair stylists I've visited in the past have been too scared to do a 'long to short' haircut and always encouraged me to keep it long, so I've always settled for having a trim. Rachel listened to my ideas and has given me a whole new look, taking 12 inches off in total!

SO SO happy with my hair today!!

Had highlights with Ceri - absolutely perfect! I was really nervous as I normally have a balayage and was worried about highlights to the root but Ceri knew exactly what I wanted and understood! Really pleased. Would definitely recommend! Thanks x

Booking an appointment was quick and easy, the prices were clearly stated on the website which I found very easy to use. I also had appointment reminders which is useful as I have a young baby and a brain like a sieve at the moment! On the day, my hairdresser was Jack, he understood the style I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. I have never had a good experience when I’ve been to the hairdressers, often leaving with a cut I’m not happy with because I’m shy and don’t like to make a fuss. I was amazed that Jack got my cut and my fringe (which is never normally right) perfect. I felt so happy and confident with my new hair and would highly recommend.
