We have an extensive range of cardio equipment, free weights, a Hammer Strength room, as well as resistance weights machines.
We have a PowerPlate and run HIIT Training sessions as well as a variety of classes. We offer Personal Training and small group training.
Our new 'Rig Room' is only for small group training for adults and children and can also be hired out to Personal Trainers! It is not an extension of the main gym.
Also on site we have 2 squash courts - with coaching for adults and juniors and racket hire for squash and racket ball.
There are number of activities for children to take part in, just ask us for the different starting ages.
There is a physiotherapist on site and we offer Rijo42 coffees and have a licensed bar. We sell PhD supplements with a variety of flavours, pre and post workout drinks and bars, you can even buy your own shaker! Smoothies are now available at the bar : )

Our membership prices start from £11 a month! !
We do not tie people into a contract with any of our memberships and we have a full range of holiday memberships too!
