Went for a dump in their toilets and got a shower of urine all over my backside instead.

After entering the shop and wiping my feet thoroughly on the mat ensuring I brought no distress to them by walking mud into their shop floor I made my way to the toilets. As I walked passed all the pensioners carefully inspecting the over priced furniture I eagerly looked forward to my dump and my driving lesson which was to come.
I was perfectly satisfied with the quality of the toilets and happily placed my smooth delicate buttocks upon the seat. After dedicating many minutes to relieving myself of my long awaited dump I began to urinate. This was when the trouble began. Some donut had placed a toilet freshener at the front of the toilet. I quickly and promptly noticed my mistake as urine attacked the whole of the skin area exposed to toilet. I quickly retracted myself from the toilet but the damage had been done. The smelly and violent spray of liquid had soaked my arse and upper leg.

The rest of my day was ruined by this traumatic event and I was late for my lesson as I had to take several minutes drying myself from this. I have estimated the damage to be around £44 as the event effected my driving that day therefore causing me to take further lessons. I have consulted my local psychologist and he has come to the conclusion that I have developed PTSD from this event.
I do not recommend their toilets to anyone and suggest you keep well away.

Pricing is good and they will match price comparisons with other retailers. Staff friendly and the cafe is nice.

Had lunch in the cafe at Leekes. Soup was bland and the bread was dry. Unpleasant to see full wheelie bins being pushed through the dining area right past dining customers

I have.eaten.sunday lunch here twice.now and can.honestly.say it is fantastic. 5 star quality meat and veg. Well done to.the cooks and.serving staff. ... far superior.food than.you would expect.... only wish I.lived closer as.I would be eating here every sunday!

Found to be a great store , prices very good, wish we had one in Scotland .
So always visit when down to visit family .

Good quality goods, but expect to pay for it.

Expensive but high quality to be fair. Anything cheap in leekes is going to be terrible. If you want something reliable or easy to use you'll be looking to pay the extra but one expensive thing is better than two cheap right? Tip: the animal store in leekes seems to be cheaper than other animal stores.

A good product range and quality. Prices can be a little difficult to swallow but you can see what you're getting for your money, unlike mail order.

Great selection if a little pricey. Higher quality makes up for it.

I ordered flooring from leeks in cross hands a week ago. I had notification by e mail it was in stock but in the meantime I realised I had ordered one box too many. On arrival at the store I explained this only to be informed that as they had had to order the flooring in it was classed as special order. I would therefore not be entitled to a full refund for the one extra box as they would subtract a carriage charge plus a certain percentage. Therefore as the carriage charge was 40 pounds on a box of flooring costing 89 pounds they would subtract 40 plus a percentage totalling 50 odd pounds. This i think is actually against consumer rights but they would not budge. Buyers please beware !!!
