Let Wise Property Management (Permanently Closed)

Would not recommend them. Very poor service. Never answers the phone or e-mails.
My daughter moved into a house of there's and within 5 mins she used the flush in the toilet. The water came out of the toilet and also came up through the bath plug hole, filling her bath as well.
She tried to contact the Agent through phone and e mail also I did to 3 different e mails, saying it was an emergency re flooding. 36hrs later we've still not heard from them.
Luckily my brother in law went around and rang a Plummer. He had to come back next day to fix it.
Agent should have dealt with this straight away but not to get in touch, with myself or my daughter is a disgrace.

Totally incompetent and unhelpful.

Lovely staff and rented my property on the second viewing! The referencing is very thorough and we will use them again in the future

Letwise probably will top as the worst estate agents in Cardiff if there is a competition. They dont have any consideration towards the tenants or the landlords. They will not allow the tenant and landlord to speak to each other and will say it is a completely managed property and tenant has to speak onlt to the estate agent. Let me share my experience with the users. I rented a 2 bedroom property with them when I had a job in cardiff in feb 2011. They were very sweet talking to start with but once you sign the contract that is it all the smiles gone.Some of the dirty tricks as below
1. They will charge a booking fee, then an inventory fee, then a check in fee, then a contract extension fee if you want to extend, then a check out fee.
2. My AST 6 months ended in august 15th 2011 and they forced me to sign a 6 months renewal. I was not able to do that as my job was only till august 30 th 2011 and they made such a hassle before I could stay in the house for extra 15 days. They would not be happy if you want to vacate in november or december as they are off seasons.
3. You call them for any maintanence then it will come around and the fault will be yours. Nothing will be done.
4. For trivial errors there will be penalty. Eg if the rent is delayed by 2 days penalty of 20£.
Bottomline never ever go to them whether you are a tenant or a landlord. They are very close to heath hospital but don’t be fooled by their location
