BE CAREFUL. There are small 'warning' parking signs and apparently you are required to enter your till receipt and your car registration number details into a box after check out. Parking is limited to 90 minutes maximum. Photo is automatically taken when you enter and leave the car park. I did quite a large shop and spent a lot of money. I was not advised about the parking situation and so I didn't enter my details. A week later they fined me £90.

Excellent goods, great value for money.

Who doesn't love lidl. It's modern full of fun and useful little barging items and if you like a good standard low cost power tool this is your best friend. It is my local shop and I live well for less money.

Competitive pricing, though their fresh fruit and veg seems to go off quicker than other supermarket offerings. Also suffers from ques at the checkout. Monitored private parking available so be sure not to abuse this facility unless you want a fine.

Be very careful using a parking management company. You must verify you visit with the receipt after checkout. Good shop as you would expect from Lidl.

Would be a far better store if they had a customer service desk instead of cashiers having sort out shopping problems for customers who sometimes have already been through the checkout and return with a problem which causes even further delay in an already understaffed area of the store. On a positive note-i think their blueberry muffins as well as the chocolate ones are fantastic and i must say i have always fresh,good quality meat and vegetables there at realistic and often bargain prices.

But if you do buy something you will invariably be waiting in a long queue to pay.
The staff are over worked and under paid.
Despite this... the staff are friendly and approachable. Also, products are incredibly cheap. You won't find a wide selection of products and if there is a bargain product it may not be on offer for long, this can be frustrating...
I'll upgrade this rating if Lidl ditch the terrible parking scenario.

Wide range of inexpensive groceries. Cheap but excellent quality. Not too many familiar brands but fresh fruit, veg and meat fabulous
Fresh bread and cake great can't recommend more. Only drawbacks- validating parking a bit of a faff and can be quite a wait at the till. However staff are friendly and helpful so on the whole worth a try.

I love Lidl I just hate the fact that they don't put enough staff on the tills and the damn electronic parking system.

Clean and organised shop will affordable prices for good produce

Good value but needs more of the products offered in ads

Alright food, a good shop for budget shopping, but it doesn't have everything the general shopper would need (like Tesco does for instance).
