Moving on from what has been a difficult time living with an alcoholic can be debilitating, tiring and confusing. My aim is to help women come to terms with what happened and give them the tolls and strategies to forge a better life for themselves. I know how it feels to have lived with someone who was alcohol dependent and I experienced many unhappy, soul destroying and challenging events so I can empathise with anyone who has been through the same thing.
