🙋🏼‍♀️ I’ll be asleep! 10pm I put YouTube on with a new year countdown. The kids could not have had a more enthusiastic countdown. The 9 year old checked the time after we screamed “Happy New Year” and realised the error. She’s staying up with little sis and Dad to count for real. It won’t be the same second time round 😂 Happy New Year to all!

So, it's the 29th December and as is customary, time to clean the slate and state your goals ready for the New Year. My goals are the same as every other January, and April, and June. Eat better, exercise more and lose weight. This year will be a little different though. This year I plan to just not gain too much weight.
