Really delicious food which I would recommend to anyone. The staff were friendly and attentive. My only constructive criticism was the lighting in the restaurant. Far too bright and needs to be much more subtle creating just the right ambiance. Apart from that keep up the good work!

Used to live here years and years ago before it was a restaurant!! Has changed a lot. Indian food was delicious and we enjoyed the meal. One thing is you can't leave a tip via the card machine so have some cash!

Food was ridiculously salty, made my whole family feel sick, the poppadums were burnt and tasted like cardboard and when we made a complaint about the salt and the fact that one of the dishes was cold we were greeted with hostility by all staff and told that it was our own fault. Bearing in mind this food was that salty it made our tongues visibly sore and tingly. No one ate their food and we were left £50 for a hassle and empty stomachs. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Especially as we never even had one apology from anyone in the place.

The timings given are until midnight we went there at 11 pm and the staff turned us down saying they are closed. When asked for reason they said if its no rush they close early. What a pathetic reason they gave. How would a customer know if they are busy and what time they would close. If the staff is too lazy to work until mentioned timings they should change the timings so that it will save customers from walking all the way down to the restaurant and getting to know that staff wants to close early.

Visited there tonight, 2 of us. No atmosphere and greeted by a very unfriendly staff member. It was off putting with him communicating from walkie talkie as he served us and all staff watched us eat. Felt rushed and was told we had to leave by a certain time. Food rather sweet. The young male and female who served us seemed to have better people skills than the people who own it. Had to ask for our change.

Best Indian in Aberystwyth by miles. Lovely atmosphere and even better food. You should always book in advance though as they always seem to be busy. They offer take away if you do chance it by just walking in and the quality of the take away is just as good as the food you get sitting in. They do seem to offer a delivery service, however it seems to be very sporadic as to when it operates. Stand out dishes are the Tandoori mixed grill and the Chicken Madras.

This has got to be the Indian restaurant for miles around, I have been coming to this place for over 40 years even in it's previous geise. Food and cleanliness ratings are always high and for very good reason. If you come to Aberystwyth why not try it , I'm sure that you'll not be disappointed !

Food very high standard. Very busy on Saturdays best to book.
