Apalling service. The young girls are in severe need of training. The girl on the till looked at us 3 times and continued to carry on with organising receipts a full 2 minutes before aknowledging us. We should have left then...We got 2 teas, when ordering 3. Food was brought to the table without cutlery and when asked for some, we needed napkins to dry them. YES, we had to dry out own cutlery. Got beans instead of peas. Bread and butter appeared half way through the meal. Food is fine, but NEVER again.

Takeaway Fish and Chips Sun 13.8.17 - DISGUSTING! We waited ages so we thought they'd be lovely and fresh. We drove to the beach to eat them, during the drive I was expecting that lovely F&C smell but they just smelt awful, almost like a burnt smell! When we got to the beach the fish looked and tasted like it had been cooked in old fat (that must've been the burnt smell). The fish was absolutely full of bones!!! The chips were anemic and soggy with fat. I couldn't eat mine and my partner ate just a small amount. We paid £19 !! Disgraceful !! Will not be buying from there again!

Good fish and chips

Absolutely awful...cost £18 for two of us and couldn't eat it, the chips taste as if the had been cooked in old oil and I'm sure the fish was frozen!!

Very nice staff and food, next time you're in Porthmadog give it a try
