Well I've ordered here many times over the past year or so, always getting a home delivery. I don't eat meat so always opt for the king prawn grill, salmon grill or sea bass. The coating these use is always very flavoursome and you get a huge box of salad plus yoghurt sauce and chilli sauce and a flat bread. I only have two complaints really - (1) I wish you would de-bone the sea bass as it's a nightmare to eat and potentially dangerous ! (2) Sometimes the flat bread is too hard/crispy in parts of it. The juices are just gorgeous, you have to try them. My son, a total carnivore, has never complained about his kebabs. And I have tried the vegetarian mixed veg grill which is also very tasty.
We were greeted with a warm smile and amazing service! The food was fresh, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The juices were made to our liking with a variety to choose from! Incredible! Haven't enjoyed a meal out that much in a very long time!
Will definitely be returning!
We always have a great time at LILO but especially big thanks tonight for making my daughters birthday so special. We had an amazing night. Great food, perfect service as always.
They had a lot to put up with at short notice 14 of us but what lovely meals staff couldn't do enough for us and the atmosphere In the restaurant was really nice love the decor thanks so much well def be back 🤗
Lovely meat! We had a platter covered in meat and rice, all gorgeous! The fruit smoothies were devine too. Really good mezze starter. You can tell it's a good Lebanese restaurant because it's full of Arabs. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

Tasty food and lots of it, friendly staff and great interaction with my son. We’ll be going back for sure!
We wanted to go the restaurant next door to it.
A man approached us on the pavement as we crossed the road from where I parked my car
He ushered us to this establishment.
I asked if it was the same coz we wanted a proper restaurant.
He said yeah yeah it's the same just next door was full and we can enjoy all facilities
So we followed (like lambs to the slaughterhouse)
By then it was too late.
My wife said just stay and not make fuss
I feel I been cheated
I will never ever go there
We come here to lilos to eat every other week with friends, family and just as a couple and tonight we were refused our usual mint tea after our meal by the owner and staff following his orders. His response was no because it's too busy. We are absolutely disgusted with his attitude and disrespect for regular paying customers willing to spend money. Upon confronting him about his rude attitude as we were leaving, he again responded with disgusting attitude then telling us to sit by the entrance door and he will bring us mint tea himself as he walked away from us. What a rude and horrible man and experience from somebody who should be wanting to keep his customers happy! We love the food and appreciate the staff but its clear the owner needs to attend a course which teaches him how to provide good customer service and respect!

Ordered £40 of food for 4 of us tonight, told it would be 1 hour. The unfriendly man on the phone called back 30 minutes later to confirm the address for the 2nd time. After 1 hour I called to find out where they were and he said he left 15 minutes ago. One hour 45 mins after i ordered the guy calls again, really rude saying he was outside, i explained he wasn't and confirmed the address for the 3rd time.
The delivery guy comes to the door and said he left the restaurant 50 minutes ago and only had a plastic bag so it will be cold. Opened one and it was freezing.... stone cold! He called the restaurant and the rude man i was talking to all night offered me £10 off! I said that was unacceptable and offered him £20. He said "your a very good customer so you will pay £30!" I said that's not acceptable and he said "Ok i will give to the homeless!!"
Will never use order or go into the restaurant again. Would have been 1 star if it wasn't for the delivery guy who was really nice.

Wouldn't come here again didn't like the shawarma. sorry not my type of food

Well. What can i say. Not really worth the more than two hour wait for the apparently delivery-phobic delivery person to find the place. Would i recommend it. Yes it is the best place to order food if you're on a diet as you end up wasting away to the point of anorexia before the food arrives. I've worked it out and it is an average delivery speed of less than 1 mile per hour. So you can imagine my surprise when the food arrived cold and looking like it had been presented by a blind person. Now to the food itself the lamb thing i had would, I'm sure, have been lovely. It wasn't particularly unpleasant tepid but when it's wrapped in a naan bread that has become as leathery as Judith Chalmers face, some what less pleasant. As for the other people who ordered, the best way of describing the disappointment would be... Imagine a 10 year old boy waking up on Christmas morning and all he found under the tree was a lukewarm turd, gently steaming. That boy would be happier than we are now.
The food is good but the attitude of the waitress is very awful. When talking there was no smile or positive attitude at all in her. I did not care about that but while giving the bill she threw it on my table as if she threw it on my face. Management should be concerned about that.

Had a meal with my husband ,I had a chicken sheesh , which was awful ,really dry , staff never asked me how my meal was , and when my husband mentioned it to " the owner " was told very rudely ,you want it for free ! No I said I just wanted a nice meal !! Will never go there again ,,, strongly advise you to go elsewhere !
Gave me food poisoning that over two weeks later hasn't left my body from undercooked chicken! Thanks a lot lilo's - will never return and will be telling all friends and family not to visit ! Makes me feel sick thinking about your food you gave me ��� don't even display your hygiene rating it's disgusting and your staff are rubbish!
Absolutely appealing meal here tonight when we have been here a few times and had lovely food!.My partners wrap was swimming in grease( I had the same and mine was fine) when we spoke to the manager he said it was sauce but it was definitely grease!. Not even an apology from them for the poor service we received. Will not be re visiting
