We offer an individualised approach to Health, Fitness, Sports Performance and Body transformation. Ensuring the clients aims objectives and needs are the basis for our pathway to your success.
A little about myself: Former junior International Athlete and currently a national level powerlifter. Studied to gain a 1st Class Honours Degree in Sports and exercise science after Leaving the fitness industry, and post degree I moved on to Health and Medical Research after that.
