Attending counselling for the first time can be a daunting prospect, you may fear that you may be seen as weak or unable to cope or may just not know what to expect.

Here at Little Bird Talking Therapy we hope to allay these fears and provide you with a safe environment where you will be valued and accepted without fear of being judged.

Working together with a trained Counsellor allows you to look at your life in ways you may not have considered before and to gain insight and understanding as to how you think and feel.

Counselling provides you with the space to reflect on your situation with someone who is not personally involved and who does not judge or criticise. It gives you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings and in doing so find solutions that you are comfortable with.
