Little Gems offer fun & creative jewellery making parties for girls from age 5yrs + at The Teddy Workshop 17 High Street Haverfordwest. It's a great birthday party idea where she and her friends get creative in a fun, friendly & calm atmosphere and the children really get to explore their creative side and let their imagination work by designing & making lovely handmade jewellery. I use a wide variety of quality beads in a vast selection of colours, shapes, and sizes. The parties usually last approx 1hour depending on which package & age category, you will appreciate that an hour is a long time for younger children to sit and stay focused as their attention wanes first so I limit the time to 1 hour with the youngest age group and gradually increase time with older children, I have never heard the words "I'm bored" as they get really absorbed in their work just long enough. I start with an explanation & demonstration on how the Jewellery is made, then the children get stuck in by starting to create their own designs and selecting their favourite bead etc, all the children get to take home their creations in a gorgeous organza gift bag, parents usually find this a great alternative to giving party bags and they love to show their parents and say "I made it myself". Our standard package includes a bracelet, necklace and bag charm for £10. 00 I also offer extras if you should wish the party to last longer at an additional cost.
