Oh I hate cancelling classes, but I have zero voice and just cannot get any words out ๐Ÿ˜” I would also hate to pass anything on. I have updated class groups with details and sent messages to parents who were booked on to todays sessions - I will update on tomorrow's baby class late today so please do check your group mamas. So sorry xxx

Popping this here just incase anyone would like to come along, it is the perfect preparation for life with a new baby and I just LOVE this workshop! Whether your baby has arrived or you are awaiting their arrival, I work closely with parents and babies teaching beautiful techniques to calm and soothe little ones transitioning from womb to world, or who may be experiencing common issues such as colic ๐Ÿ’›
In a relaxed session with refreshments, you will learn:
โ€ข Causes of baby be...ing unsettled and coping techniques
โ€ข Settling techniques
โ€ข Baby Massage techniques and benefits
โ€ข Baby Yoga techniques and benefits
โ€ข Soothing Sequences
โ€ข The importance of Self Care and looking after yourself
This really is a beautiful and relaxed way to get to know your babies cues, whilst also helping to give you the confidence to respond with techniques to support them at such a vulnerable time for you both.
If you are bringing your baby along, please be assured that the session is completely baby led, and I will have spare dolls available for you to practice techniques on if your little one is feeding or asleep, or if your baby is yet to arrive!
**Sunday 9th December, 10-11.30am, Caldicot Guiding Hall**
Just ยฃ30 per couple for the workshop, including a great handbook and refreshments.
Booking is essential, email Claire at littlepips.natal@gmail.com xx

What an amazing class, i have attended a term of nurture classes with claire and have loved every second! Being a first time mum i was apprehensive and scared about the birth process-claire has eased all those thoughts and given me confidence and practical information for me to make my own informed choices.

If you want support, friendship and a knowledable antenatal class- little pips is the one to choose!

I cannot wait to start the baby classes in the near future! Xx

User

Iโ€™ve just finished the nurture course and it was so lovely to meet other mums to be, chat about different aspects of pregnancy and learn about the facts of childbirth. Add to that some great breathing techniques and a bit of relaxation and it was a great way to end a busy weekend.

User

I whole heartedly would recommend Claireโ€™s hypno-birthing nurture class for any Mum to be. It was a a lovely relaxed and non judgemental group, where Claire gave a lot of really useful information and support. I put lots of it to use during my labour!

I have also done Claireโ€™s โ€˜little pips 4th trimesterโ€™ sessions with my son and absolutely loved them. A really gentle and relaxed way to bond with baby while meeting new mums and sharing questions and concerns! Thanks so much Claire! ๏ฟฝ

User

I have thoroughly enjoyed attending two terms of the antenatal classes. Claire is really supportive and encouraging, and full of such great advice and guidance. I feel so much more prepared and confident, and love the friendships I have made in the process! So grateful this is available locally and can't wait to do the baby classes in the very near future! ๏ฟฝ thank you Claire.

User

Great hypnobirthing techniques taught in a relaxed, safe and non judgemental way. Classes provided me with a space to meet other mums-to-be whilst having the opportunity to discuss and share my pregnancy journey as well as asking lots of questions surrounding pregnancy and postnatal care. Claire is a fab and friendly teacher and clearly goes out of her way to ensure all of your questions are answered and is always there to offer support during this hugely life changing experience. Thoroughly recommend the class !

User

Excellent experience that gets you ready for becoming a mum and how to look after yourself once your baby arrives. I would recommend it to first/second/third and so mums as I can guarantee you learn new things each time. Thank you Claire!

User

Claireโ€™s classes helped me to overcome my birth trauma from my first birth and gave me the knowledge and confidence that led to a wonderful, positive and heeling birth second time. I am eternally grateful xxx

User

Claireโ€™s classes have provided me with so much knowledge as well as confidence ready for the birth of my baby. I would definitely recommend her classes to first time mums!

User

Claireโ€™s classes are something else... a world apart from any other ante-natal class Iโ€™ve experienced. She combines an intelligent, knowledgeable approach with a completely open mind and lack of judgement, while all the time encouraging chatting and the making of friendships... plus she brings great cake. Couldnโ€™t recommend a class more highly ๐Ÿ’•

User

Claire's classes are the best antenatal classes around. She is informative and supportive and allows expectant mums to air their feelings and concerns in a supportive, warm and safe environment. Claire supported me through my first pregnancy and is now supporting me through my second. I cannot recommend her classes highly enough.
