To help and support individuals in their recovery from any addiction or addictive behavior (whatever stage they may be in)To provide tailored and specific support and help and to adapt our services to suit clients, putting them in the driving seat of their own recovery. To provide group therapy and 1-1 counselling for both the sufferer and their family members and friends in a safe, comfortable and peer-led environment. To create a recovery community within Cardiff and work with other organisations to remove the stigma around addiction and to put a face and a voice to recovery within Wales.
