I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2008 with a BSc(Hons) Chiropractic.
I completed PGCert in Clinical Chiropractic Development in 2010.

I regularly attend courses and participate in continuing professional development (CPD), seeking new ways to provide evidence based, patient-centred care.

I want to help you get out of pain as quickly as possible by helping your body function better. Alongside the treatment at the clinic, I provide stretches and strengthening exercises and strive to support you in working towards a healthier lifestyle and becoming more active.
