Llandegefedd Sailing Club offers dinghy sailing in a scenic rural environment catering for all standards of sailors. There is a high standard of racing on Wednesdays and Sundays and a strong youth training fleet. All dinghy classes are welcome.

We finally held our Llandegfedd Pin Race on the 5th in beautiful conditions! Competitive racing resulting in a win for Jeremy! Fantastic shot here of Jeremy holding the Pin with his father, who has also been a previous Pin winner!

Busy on the start line for Wednesday Handicap Race ⛵⛵⛵
Congratulations to our Juniors Rhys Powell, Alicia B and George B on some excellent results in the 240 boat Topper Nationals at Weymouth. Rhys was in the top half of the Silver fleet while Alicia had good results in the bronze fleet as did George in the 4.2 fleet. George was also awarded a Youngest participant! Alicia and George are fairly new to sailing and younger than the majority of competitors, so this is a really good effort in their first major sea event.
Club Social Sailing this Saturday from 10:00 until 16:00. Free tea and coffee, bring your own lunch, we will having a lunch break around 1-00pm. A nice light wind is forecast this week.

Congratulations to Robin Wood for winning the International Canoe Europa Cup in Berlin, with 10 firsts from 12 races! Spreading the Llandegfedd name throughout Europe😃😃

Due to the high winds forecast we have decided to postpone this Saturday's social sailing, there will another session the following Saturday

Thank you to all that were involved in the organising and running of the event and the members who came to sail and celebrate! Especially the away Sailors who travelled down to join us, you were a fantastic addition to the weekend and we hope you will come back to sail on more favourable winds! ...A special thank you also to the members from previous years who came to share their memories and celebrate with us at the Anniversary meal.
