Llandudno General Hospital

Had my hernia operation done here today, would like to thank the staff from the bottom of my heart, the care I was given from the moment I walked in,during and to the time I left was something else,lovely clean hospital.

Broken arm - in and out in under1 hour - very helpful and friendly staff.

One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Questionaires lost, appointment clerks decide whether you get an appointment or not, even when your GP has requested one. No proper information on drug side effects........ it was clean!

Always caring and professional staff in minor injuries unit.

I was in Llandudno hospital for an appointment while i was there was feeling really unwell the staff and dr were absolutely fantastic cant thank them enough

Complete horror story for my mother who stayed there..incompetent staff from top to bottom..

Just arrived back home after a stay in the Maesdu ward in Llandudno.
I couldn't have wished for better care, the staff are amazing & so friendly.
Dr. Pleming and his team were brilliant and made me feel so relaxed before I had my anaesthetic.
I would just like to Thank you all, you deserve medals for the work you do.

myself and my family travelled over 100 miles to see my mother in llandudno hospital-she can hear nothing without her hearing aids as she is 93 years of age.when we arrived we found she had had her hearing aids removed and taken to the audiology dept. for testing. when i politely enquired at this dept. what had happened to them i was rudely spoken to by the audiologist and told to contact bangor hospital to make my enquiry-so much for friendly local service from a local hospital.our visit was totally ruined as my mother could not hear a word that was said by her visitors- it proved to be a totally wasted trip.
