Llanwern Golf Club is one of the oldest in South Wales, established in 1928, and remains a members’ club dedicated to providing an excellent course and club facility for the benefit of golfers of all ages and backgrounds. The course is a picturesque eighteen-hole, par 70 parkland course on the outskirts of Newport, South Wales in the middle of beautiful woodland countryside. We are situated just off the M4 motorway at junction 24 – just over a mile away from the Celtic Manor, the venue for the 2010 Ryder Cup. We are also proud to offer Sky Sports in the clubhouse, so after a long day on the course you can come to the bar and watch big sporting events from PGA Golf to Premiership Football. We also offer excellent catering facilities, as well as a fully stocked Pro Shop and high quality professional teaching from our resident pro Steve Truman.
