Llanystumdwy Camping And Caravanning Club Site

Well maintained but basic site. The staff were friendly and helpful and it's a great base to get out to see all of the local attractions.

It's on a slope so pitching a tent requires some thought and it seemed to be in a phone and 3g/4g black spot.

Nice little site close to Criccieth.
Close to noisy road but you can't have both accessibility and silence.

Nice showers. Clean toilets.
Sloping pitches.

Staff as in most CCC sites arefriendly and helpful. The site sits just outside Llanstumdwy and close to the A497 meaning roadhouse is a constant background noise. The majority of pitches are sloping and the ablutions are clean but basic. Those wanting to keep in touch with family via technology will be dissapointed. Mobile phone signals are weak at best and site Wi-Fi at £3 per day or £10 for a week, is abysmal which in this day and age is unacceptable.

The main drawn back with this site is that almost all pitches are sloping, but the staff are very friendly and help by lending further chocks when necessary. Apart from that the site is very nice and has a certain something about it. A nice walk leads to the beach....definitely will go again

Lovely site,bit of an incline so patience is needed to level caravan,nothing much in surrounding areas good base for exploring

Small site and well maintained, clean facilities. We had a 3 night stay and one of the nights was gale force - one was wet and one was a dry sunny day. Sloping site.

Lovely site and the new managers that welcomed us were so helpful as we came without any chocks. Pristine facilities and set in a lovely village with smashing pub ....The Feathers. Good tv reception and as its just off the main road there are no access issues. Thoroughly recommended.
