Last night seen our reserves travel to Johnstown , we come away with a 3-2 win it was by far from plain sailing an the game was a real battle Johnstown went 1-0 up then Adam burgess replied with a screamer from 30 yards , we then took the lead when Jake kelsall took the ball down on the edge of the box an let a rasping shot go an put us 2-1 up the score stayed the same then until mid way through the second half when Johnstown equalised , then in the dieing minutes Ben Robinson poped up with the winner to claim the 3-2 victory for the Welly , good luck to Johnstown for the rest of he season , now the ressies look to there home fixture Friday night at home to coedpoeth , вҡ«пёҸвҡӘпёҸвҡ«пёҸвҡӘпёҸвҡ«пёҸвҡӘпёҸ up the welly

Late match report sorry guys, first team travelled to Hawarden, which over the years hasnвҖҷt been a happy ground for us. We didnвҖҷt start the game well at all and didnвҖҷt seem to have any answers to their route one football which was causing us all sorts of problems. Hawerden deservedly took the lead after some good work from their centre forward. It was looking like one of them nights again. рҹӨҰвҖҚвҷӮпёҸ
Second half the lads came out a lot sharper and pressed well. We got our rewards w...hen George Finlay found himself in space to drive into & unleashed a menacing cross into the box for Rhys Lloyd to lash onto and equalise. 1-1. Game could of gone either way with Kyle Flowers making 2 incredible saves to deny the home side.
Closing moments of the game and the tireless work of MOM George Finlay finally paid off one on one with the keeper, and after a spillage he had the goal to himself to send the travelling support into raptures.
Big mention goes to substitutes Aiden Fox who changed the game and Mr left foot Jared Taylor, 1-0 down when he came on and we won the game. вҡ«пёҸвҡӘпёҸвҡ«пёҸвҡӘпёҸ

So tonight our reserves led by Manager Gareth Guest & his assistant Kerry Howells played Brymbo at home in their second fixture of the new season.
The lads ran out 10-0 winners, after a slow start, Chris Hughes scored a delightful lob a good 30 yards out with his back to play to open the scoring. It was simply a case of first went in and the lads sensed something special. The prolific Dan Twin scores the 2nd, 3rd & 4th very close together after some delightful forward play fr...om the impressive strike partnership, and Chris Hughes made it 5-0. Dan Twin hasnвҖҷt stopped with just the one hat trick and scored two successive goals to make it 7-0. Some good work from Tom Davies (Smigger) made it 8-0 and MOM Dan Richardson completed his second hat trick to make it 9-0. With Dan Twin running into an open area the Brymbo defender decided he was fed up chasing DanвҖҷs shadow and hacked him down in the box, lucky for him that the rules have changed and you canвҖҷt be penalised twice in the box now. Mikey Wright stepped up to cooly finish and finish BrymboвҖҷs miseries making it 10-0.
Sublime performance from all involved this evening and there is a real buzz around this reserve side this year. Onto Fridays fixture where we will be hoping to keep up our fine form.

Excellent day out at Barmouth yesterday capped off with a penalty shootout win. We came home with the JP Memorial Cup.
