Nice and quiet. Exceptional cleanliness and very friendly staff.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon here, Gym Swim Sauna and Jacuzzi followed by Afternoon tea. The biggest thing we noticed was how friendly everyone was and it made our time there so much nicer

Loved it, the themed afternoon tea was done brilliantly, we stayed in a 3 single bed room which was clean and comfortable, and the woodland walk was lovely (although wear walking boots, it was muddy in places) We had a lovely girls weekend away

Great experience and overnight stay but dinner/restaurant was disappointing.
Beautiful place, rooms are lovely. Spacious and comfortable double bed, nice and quiet plus blackout blinds meant good night's sleep. En suite with double shower. Kettle with tea coffee etc in the room. Only thing that was average was the restaurant. We had breaded camembert to start followed a burger and my partner had vegetable curry - service was quick but food very underwhelming... except dessert, warm chocolate brownie with icecream was delicious. Breakfast is included - selection of cereals, croissants, toast etc plus ordering from a menu of hot breakfasts which were nice enough. The filter coffee was unfirtunately not good.

Wizard's tea was good fun - they deck out the function room, you get a butterbeer (hot milky drink with plenty of butterscotch syrup, optional shot of coffee, cream on top) and a Potter themed afternoon tea which was tasty and nice quantities, you can also get a drink of squash or another tea/coffee, plus we asked for jam and cream for our eccles cakes which were a bit dry and they were happy to provide this :) props are fun, hats, glasses, spiders, ties, scarves. You don't get to choose which house you sit in. There was also a quiz on the table which we completed, fun to do but it's not like a pub quiz style - we asked on our way out if we were supposed to wait for a group answer swap or something and were given the answer sheet to check ourselves, which is fine.
Overall great experience, would definitely recommend! Just maybe eat your evening meal elsewhere...

Had such an amazing experience in the wizard tea room! I am a huge fan of Harry Potter and adored the little details that were included in the experience, I had to ask where they had their owl cage cake tear stand from they were beautiful! All in all a five star from me!

Great place stopped here with the #chawnwheelers cycling a group from #Stourbridge just a FAB base for some fantastic cycling in the local area.

I went there for the special Harry Potter afternoon tea. The staff is amazing, very nice and helpful! The food was good. I recommand it!

Fantastic location. Food was out of this world (especially the wizards tea). Room was comfy and clean. Would highly recommend.
