Our new X19 Service bus

The drivers are friendly, the fares are cheap but realistic, lovely views of the countryside shame about the lack of wifi but to be honest, I think that's a good thing because you meet new people on the service bus and when you see them on a regular basis you end up chatting to them and learning new things. The staff at the company are great - they care about their drivers and passengers and it shows as the drivers are friendly and not stressed out. Some of the buses could do with being fixed but as they're still in working order they're fine and safe. I am recommending llew Jones to all the people I know so hopefully they'll get more money than arriva - it's a shame that llew Jones can't take their routes as it would be a good profit maker but I'm just a passenger and also a drivers partner so I can see both sides and am not biased ( ok I am).

Last night of tattoo weekend in edinburgh. Our driver dave has made an extra special effort. Lovely guy to have as our guide for the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. Hats of, we were quite a handful x mand and rose x

Just back from Loch Tummel.Very comfortable trip and lovely clean coach and Chris the driver is an absolute star.

Fantastic driver Dave was brilliant with our 47 year 6 children. Very helpful and thoughtful. Thank you very much x

Brilliant cant fault this company Ray and James were awesome well done .

Your account manager has been abusive and threatening towards my daughter and is now trying to contact her again for no apparent reason can i ask why

Terrible parking putting families lives at risk by obstructing a road outside a school. Despite being asked not to park there they still persist. Disgraceful! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Had a very rude driver stop at my place of work! Hope he's not like that to his pasangers

Coach Driver reversed over a big kerb at Norton Services to royally fuck up the coach. By the time we waited for the coach repair man to arrive we were a few hours late arriving at Wembley costing valuable drinking time. Make sure you take your wellies as the toilet floor was an inch deep in piss and to top it all off I couldn't even take a shit as it wouldn't accept solids!!!



Edit: Been contacted by someone called Julie Jones who works for the company asking me to remove this review claiming they had no coaches on 1st April. At no point in my review did I claim it was on that day. This experience was from a year ago 23rd April to be precise. Liverpool One to Wembley via National Express. It is a shame it is not possible to downgrade my 1 star rating due to aggressive Customer Service. This review shall be remaining as it 100% factual.

Bus struggled to get us to Wembley. Awful experience and the driver weren't much better. Think his name was Chris or something.
