very rude and unhelpful staff. told me i broke the instant paying in service and made me feel awful, had to stand around waiting for help as the lady just walked away huffing and puffing about the fact i had “broken” the machine, i wasn’t sure if she was coming back or not to resolve the issue. well she sent another lady who was helpful but i left feeling like a pain. cheers lloyds. ive only been a loyal customer all my life. who knew a damp cheque is all it takes to shut down a bank....
