Absolutely terrible being kept in the dark about the online service and try to get an appointment no chance it’s a lottery.
Rang at 3.30p.m for my mother, got an appointment at 4.20p.m. Morriston Hospital appointment the next day at 9.30a.m. Can't fault that!!!!!
Absolute disgrace. My 3 year old granddaughter has been taken there countless times with sore throats and other illnesses and not once have they mentioned that she has enlarged tonsils that need to be removed, one visit to the dentist and they told us immediately. About the dentist, we've been begging these morons in Llynfi surgery to refer her to a dentist since she was 8-9 months old when she knocked her front teeth on the bath and they just died and rotted in her mouth until she was 3 then we had help off her nursery to get an appointment where because of the decay she had to have 5-6 teeth out.
Also her nursery teacher told us she has a slight problem with her hearing so again we've taken her to Llynfi joke shop and they've said numerous times that theres nothing wrong, pushing the issue we we're told to see a specialist where we've been told that theres a build up of fluid and she has to have an operation. I'm bouncing just be glad im in Cardiff at the moment because if i was in Maesteg right now you'd need the police to help you out..... Your staff are so stuck up and ignorant and your doctors are a disgrace you should be closed down....
Easy to use the online system to book an appointment, which is very handy when you are working. Staff are always courteous
