Our mission is to provide outstanding health and safety standards to ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees, clients and the surrounding community. Lock it Down Security Services Ltd acknowledges its duty to make adequate provision for lone workers. With this in mind Lock It Down Security Services Ltd have implemented an hourly welfare check system and a phone tag GPS system to ensure the safety of our guards and others.
To achieve our mission we ensure:



· Only to deploy to our clients fully trained and Security Industry Authority Licensed security personnel.

· To ensure that all our staff operate at all times in accordance with both the SIA’s Code of Conduct and our internal procedures.
· To provide staff with on-going training to constantly improve the services we provide.

· To vet and background check all of our site employee’s and office staff.
· All company directors to hold a valid front line operational SIA licence.

· To liaise with and respond to our clients’ needs and demands providing flexibility and professionalism at all times.

· To treat our clients security requests and information in strict confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

· To work with local companies for employment.

· Officers carrying out hourly welfare checks.
