Guests can then enter into the very large sitting room with comfy seating set around a gas fire, where you can relax and unwind whilst enjoying 3D TV and films. The conservatory style seating area is open from this charming L shaped sitting room and is where a quiet cuppa can be enjoyed with views over the patio and garden. A superbly equipped kitchen, which has Portmeirion pottery, with a dining area completes the ground floor accommodation. From the hall take the carpeted stairs directly into an exquisite bedroom with a super king-size bed, comfy chairs and a settee plus a unique style dormer window which can be opened out to create a Juliet balcony. In fact this is such a delightful room, you may well spend as much time here during waking hours as you do in the wonderful sitting rooms. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining in the rear garden or wander down in to Lampeter to enjoy tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and the quirky little shops. With a short drive to the South Wales coastline you can enjoy the coastal path, the wonderful beaches or stay in the countryside for scenic walks, cycling and maybe even a day at the nearby seasonal trotting racing.
