Wow, I ordered the Chelsea 9 piece rattan set at 9.30am and it was delivered at 3.30pm. Stunning furniture, great delivery boys who stayed to help me unpack it and the lovely Julie who I dealt with from beginning to end. Can not recommend them all enough, an absolute pleasure, thank you team London Rattan

We ordered at nine oclock on the evening , and the furniture was sitting on our patio by 2 oclock the following afternoon , excellent service and quality product , roll on the summer .

Today i received the 9 piece Chelsea rattan furniture set which i purchased from Groupon. So happy with the quality and even came with a cover which I didn't expect! Would definitely have paid the full price but we got this at a discounted rate of £449 so even better!

This is a top class company that genuinely cares about its customers. Ordered online 8pm and whole order delivered the following day for free! Even received a text to confirm delivery and a call just after placing the order to confirm. I would hesitate to recommend. Great service. Thank you.

This company is superb. Not only are their products brilliant and surprisingly cheap but the office staff are amazing. In particular Julie who kept me informed about my order the whole way through. The delivery companies, of which there were two, as my large order had to be split were helpful and courteous and I was able to choose my time and day for delivery. Keep it up London Rattan I will definitely be using you again and will recommend you to everyone.

This company is first class. Ordered and delivered in 36 hours. Helpful polite people from start to finish. Two delivery men arrived after driving from Wales to Yorkshire in poor weather conditions on time and were most helpful. Would highly recommend this company and their products.

The 2 delivery drivers were lovely and polite.

Julie from London Rattan, is so helpful, I had a problem trying to get a part (a new piece of glass for our garden table), which we broke, not only was she able to assist in getting me a replacement, she was just so helpful and responded so quickly to my emails. Thank you very much Julie – you are a very kind lady.

I purchased the Kensington sofa set and the quality is excellent. Amazing customer service too - a few days after it has been delivered I noticed that one of the cushions had a hole where the stitching had come apart. I messaged them on the Thursday morning, they responded a little while later saying that it wasn't a problem and they would send me a replacement cushion cover, and a courier delivered it on the Friday afternoon. They pride themselves on quality and it shows.

I first spotted the Chelsea Cube set last summer, but totally couldn't afford it. It popped up in my Facebook feed this January at a price I thought was incorrect, but I ordered it anyway. What an amazing deal, and at that time it even included a free cover too. I was so impressed, that I treated myself to 2 sets of planters that came on a later offer, and just can't believe what a great deal they are. I wanted 2 more sets as gifts, but they are back at full price. Amazing products and unbelievable offer prices! Thank you.

I brought the Kensington set last year, it's amazing quality just love it. Will you be getting anymore stock of the Loungers before the summer arrives? These would just complete my set, fingers crossed❎

Got my planters today love them got delivery to Northern Ireland which most sites don't do delivery was on time now to get furniture to match hurry up and get your dinning sets in would highly recommend London Rattan

We recived our Chelsea set we order direct from London rattan website. Unfortunately this was damaged. We called customer services and came to an agreement where we could keep the set. The next day we noticed the free cover that comes with the set leaked, very disappointing as it wet all the cushions. Again we called customer services and they sent out a replacement cover. I presume this is watertight but to make sure we don't have a repeat of last time we have doubled up and so far no leaks. The next week the delivery came for the parasol this was also damaged and was collected and a full refund made. Overall the quality of the rattan set is good and looks like it is going to last for years to come. Can't really comment on the parasol as this was returned straight away. Brilliant customer service just unfortunate we had a couple of issues but as I say these were resolved straight away.
