A nice looking place in a decent location. Food had some issues (I'd recommend avoiding the fish and chips) and service for a quiet bar was iffy. Issues with the till and questionable competence at using the till let down what up to this point a reasonable experience. I would despite this be tempted to go back if in the area.

Good food and staff, but room was really dirty. Big clumps of black hair on the floor and dirty towels, really bad!!! I arrived late in the evening and the bed was clean so i just got my head down, but told the staff the next morning. Shame as the cleaning staff here have let the rest of the team down. I hope they act on this. Until then I won't be staying here again. . . .
I Ordered a 8oz rump steak for girlfriend medium well, came cremated for £10.99 and a surf and turf advertising king prawns and 8oz rump ordered rare, which came medium £14.50. The king prawns where the size of shrimps and there where only 5 given that where not nice to eat and didn't want to risk eating them. When I complained they are not king prawns they said others had made the same complaint, then I was told I was wrong that the packet said they're king prawns.... Definitely recommend you eat somewhere else as staff have no clue on customer service, no amendments where made even though I basically had the same meal as my girlfriend which I had pointed out, they said they will pass on the complaint. When leaving couldn't help to feel disappointed with the meal and the way I was treated.. unbelievable a nice time out turned into being ripped off it may be pennys but it's principles
Bob the bar man was an absolute pleasure to talk to, what a gentleman very helpful and made me feel comfortable if most bars had a barman like him there would be a lot of happy people leaving 😆😆 xx
We went for lunch today because it used to be great, but very very disappointed with the food, the Barnsley lamb chop was raw, tuf, and mostly bone. The beef madras had been frozen and then, heated in a microwave in a plastic container which you could taste. For a establishment of this standard you would expect much better.

Great historical building in the heart of Milford haven. The rooms are nice and clean and the car selection is great. Lovely place to meet friends and relax
