A beautifully relaxing treatment, traditionally performed in a seated position, which includes massage of the scalp, neck, upper back & arms, working pressure points to relieve tension & induce peace and tranquility. Can be performed lying down if preferred, & with or without oil.

Body Massage
Swedish body massage helps to ease stress & alleviate muscular aches & pains, leaving you with a feeling of renewed energy. Treatments improve circulation & lymphatic drainage & promote relaxation.

This invigorating treatment begins with an all over dry body brush to remove toxins from the body, increase blood flow & improve the appearance of skin. The deeply relaxing massage continues this detoxification process whilst helping to alleviate aching muscles & tension.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth heated Basalt stones are used to massage, the heat of which penetrates the muscles & calms the nervous system like no other massage. Provides deeper relaxation, detoxifies, increases range of motion & blood circulation.

REFLEXOLOGY (30 mins) £20 / (45 mins) £25

A pressure point massage of the feet which promotes relaxation & restores balance & harmony to the body. The premise of the treatment is that in our hands & feet exist areas that pertain directly to the body as a whole, including the digestive & nervous system, the brain & the internal organs. Massage of these points enables the release of toxins, so rebalancing the body as a whole.

HOPI EAR THERAPY /CANDLING (Up to 45 mins) £25

An ancient, gentle therapy, which soothes, relieves & relaxes. Excellent for headaches, migraines & sinus problems, & can help with rhinitis, earwax, earache and tinnitus. Not suitable for those with perforated eardrums or where grommets are in place. The treatment may vary in duration depending on the condition being treated.

Treatment durations are approximate. Please allow plenty of time so that you can completely relax & not have to worry about the time.
