Panic over, phone has come back to me ! Yay 😘

This lovely lady has been doing my hair for over 10 years now, I highly recommend her 😃 She's bubbly and makes you feel really comfortable, she has that listening ear when you need to unwind. Truly very professional in her work, she's very much a perfectist, very relatable and great with kids too. For me she's my no.1 hairdresser and I'm willing to wait them extra few weeks until she can get back to Wrexham to do my hair 😘😘 honestly I can't praise her enough!!!

The first time with this fab girl doing my hair... punctual and easy to get on with... this is the first time in all my years of having my hair done that i have been completely satisfied with every aspect of my hair from the colour to the cut and even the drying of my hair... Lotti is brilliant defo recommend this girl... thank you so much really pleased with my hair.... have definitely found my forever hairdresser xxx

Starting doing my hair when she was training and still does now. Everything from basic cut and blow dry though to colour and special occasions such as my son's wedding. She is the only hairdresser I trust.

Lottie was fabulous for me and a fellow bridesmaid after we were left without a hairdresser 4 days before the big day. She such a brilliant job on our hair. It stayed perfect all day and we both got a lot of lovely complements off other guests about our hair. And also she is a very lovely person! Thank you Lottie!

Lottie managed to fit me in at short notice which was great having 3 small kiddies. When she arrived she was very friendly and instantly put me at ease with it being my 1st appointment with her. Very pleased with the result and would highly recommend her. Thanks Lottie xxx

At first I really wasn't 100% sure what I wanted for my big day, based on my hair texture and length Lottie was great a helping me decide what would look the best, she really knows her stuff! I would highly recommend Lottie to everyone, thank you for being a part of my special day.

Had my hair done with Lottie for the first time and decided that (through no fault of Lottie’s because she did what I asked!!) I had changed my mind about the colour I wanted, she changed it absolutely no problem for me! So approachable, so friendly and cannot recommend enough, I love the cut and the colour and I’ll definitely be booking again! Thanks Lottie xxxx

Had my hair cut after nearly 3 years of not having it cut because of having anxiety about having it cut but charlotte made me feel quite comfortable in my home to have it done and she has done a brilliant job I'm very pleased and would definatley recommend � Iv also rebooked her to come and do my girls hair � thank you xx

Charlotte is an amazing hair dresser. From any style of hair up, colour changes and complete restyles, Charlotte has always excelled herself and takes pride in her work and i've never been disappointed in over 4 years of seeing her. When it comes to hair up for special occassions shes simply amazing ! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, highly recommend!

Asked Lottie for a cut and style as it needed desperately doing! She was very honest and helped me chose what would suit me best as I wasn't 100% sure. She did exactly what I wanted for very reasonable pricing. Was very happy can't wait for a cut and dye next time :) thanks again Lottie xx
