Last week we had the pleasure of seeing Roscoe the Spaniel before he moved back to Cardiff with his Mum and Dad! Roscoe has been a long standing visitor to Lottie's Lodge as well as a dog we got to know a long time before grooming, we had lots of fun walks with Roscoe and loved every minute getting know him! A big thankyou to his Mum and Dad for putting their trust into us to look after their gorgeous boy! We will miss him heaps!!! 🐶💛
We had lots of other sweet little visit...ors last week too.. brand new puppies all the way through to senior citizens, each one as cute as the rest!! 😍
Chloe is currently away for a few days and will be back home on Thursday.. any messages, phone calls and emails will be replied to as soon as she's back!
Please be aware all dates throughout August and until Septemeber 10th are fully booked and any potential bookings for then will be added to our cancellation list!

Lots of lucky doggies enjoyed their regular baths, desheds, pawdicures, summer trims and pampers! 🐶🚿✂️
To keep your pups coat in the best condition possible, keeping up with their regular grooming appointments every 5-8 weeks is super important!
... Soft and curly coated dogs like Cockapoos, ShihTzus, Bichons etc. require brushing EVERY DAY with a pin type brush AND COMB to ensure all their knots are gone.. one knot can become a very large mat much quicker than you think! So it's important to spend this time with your fur baby to keep them comfortable and looking like gorgeous fluff balls for longer!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ !! Price Increase Notice !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
As of April 2018, Lottie's Lodge Dog Grooming Salon will have been open for 12 months, our first year has given us time to assess the cost of products, wear and tear of equipment and general running costs of an increasingly busy salon, because of this, regrettably we will be making a small increase to some of our dog grooming service prices.
We have tried to maintain our current rates but have found these are no longer sustainable. A...s a result we wish to advise our current customers there will be a small increase on many of our 'full' and 'mini' groom prices starting April 1st 2018.
These price rises ensure we can keep up our high quality, one-to-one, all natural, all postive dog grooming services as well as maintaining the cleanliness and up keep of our salon.
We do hope that everyone understands the need for these price rises and hope to see you and your pups very soon!!! 🐶❤
Please don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions about the price of your own dogs groom!

Very impressed! Spotless grooming area and Chloe is so friendly and you feel comfortable leaving the pooches with her!! Would certainly recommend!

Took my puppy to Chloe for her first ever groom today and she’s looking and smelling fab! Chloe was lovely and really helped Ginny settle her nerves. Very reasonable prices and she did exactly what we asked for. We will definitely be returning!

I took my pug Eric for his first groom after over two years as he is very timid and even cries in the car when going on a journey ( in other words very spoilt). I have mothered him lots. I walked him towards the lodge and took him off his lead and he ran in as soon as I opened the door into the salon. He peed with excitement and Chloe the groomer loved him instantly. Eric too to her right away. The salon smelled gorgeous and looked amazing. I filled a form in and had a chat about him then left feeling a little bit anxious. I arrived back to my well groomed little man smelling gorgeous happy and full of fun. I couldn’t even clip his nails after I had done one as it was too traumatic for him. Chloe did them all, deshedded, bathed, trimmed his back end and freshend him up That’s it now a regular customer. Also took a pic of him in a lovely little chair after. Thank you Chloe xxx

After seeing recommendations on Facebook, I booked my 11 month old toy poodle in. He had his cut today and I am so happy with the result. I even got a bit teary eyed � His face is cut exactly how I have wanted it. His fur feels amazing, he smells beautiful. I am so pleased! He’s now freshly cut ready for his 1st birthday �
