After losing 5 stone in back in 2001, I went on to become a successful franchise owner and consultant for a leading weight loss organisation with groups in both England and Wales. In 2014 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, this gave me the opportunity to further my knowledge within the nutritional field. I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Clinical Nutritionist. Nutrition has a huge spectrum, the advice and help I can give you could range from weight issues, disorders, allergies and general health and wellbeing.
