About Helena

I have always danced. I began my journey to teaching at the Sheila Coxhill School of Dance in Bedfordshire.

I pursued my dream to gain my Royal Academy Teaching Status. I was supported by Mid Wales Dance Academy. Here I was given the opportunity not only to qualify in the Royal Academy but also to take the lead in Tap dancing and Modern / Jazz. I have strong links with Mid Wales Dance Academy where I still teach freelance. I have now decided to set up my own school in Ystradgynlais and look forward to working with pupils to bring the art of Ballet, Tap and Modern Jazz to the community.
