#1 Lash lift and Brows £65 (usually £75) #2 Classic Lashes and Brows £75 (usually £85) #3 Hybrid Lashes and Brows £85 (Usually £95) ... #4 Russian Lashes and Brows £105 (usually £115)
Terms and conditions:
- Russian lash and brow package can vary from £105-£130 depending on thickness/fullness required as discussed during consultation. - Brows can either be Henna or Tint, best option for you can be discussed during booking (shape is included with both) - If it’s only a tint that’s required, then a further £5 is deducted off the package price. - Package will need to be stated as of booking, (not at checkout or during treatment) otherwise usual price and treatments will be booked separately and charged the original price. - 50% refundable deposit will be required before the slot is booked and secured for anyone. (Non refundable if booking is cancelled less than 48hrs prior) - Deposit to be paid via paypal (if you don’t have paypal, it’s simple to set up and only takes about 5 minutes, or ask a relative/friend) as the deposit gets kept on my Paypal until the treatment day. The rest to be paid either Cash/Paypal/bank transfer on the day - Patch test is needed at least 48hour before, I will state this after booking, it’s then up to you when you come in , just to let me know on the day and what time so I can let my current client know that I will need to leave them to do the patch test. I can also book a slot for this. - If you forget to come in for a patch test, the treatment will not be able to go ahead, and deposit will be lost and the remaining amount will also need to be paid. ( I have to many clients booking and messaging for me to remember who needs one) - The package Does no apply for existing bookings.

Thought I’d give you guys one last 2018 lash pic. This lovely lady has naturally sparse lashes, and I’ve been doing classics on her for at least a year, so we (well I convinced her 🙈🤪) to move on from classics,hybrids and now Russians over her infill appointments.

My Policy:
As an individual, I am a fully dedicated beautician, and I aim to provide each existing and potential customers with the commitment to providing them with their desired treatments in their preferred appointment slots, to the absolute best of my ability. As well as this, I am also a small independent business, and when considering the expectation of busy periods and a high influx of customers wanting appointments, pre-treatment deposits and cancellation policies are... an essential and valid method of ensuring all parties are protected with fair outcomes, should the rare chance of an appointment cancellation occur.
A Booking fee Policy includes: - A 50% booking fee will be required at the time an appointment is made, for any treatment costing more than £20 (Paypal or Cash to the salon ) - Should the unlikely event of a cancellation occur, clients will need to provide 24hours notice or the 50% fee will be lost. - On the day of appointment, only the remaining cost of the treatment will be paid
Cancellation Policy includes: - In the event of a cancellation, clients must inform Lowri via telephone call/text on 07714750842, or via any social media platform, 24hours prior to scheduled appointment to claim 50% booking fee back. - In the unfortunate event of a last minute cancellation (any period after said 24hours), then 50% fee will be lost. - In the very unlikely event of a no-show (non attendance of an appointment with no warning), a 100% booking fee of any scheduled treatments will be required when making any future appointments and a 50% of the missed appointment will be added onto your next appointment's bill - Clients will receive a text message reminder 48hours prior to scheduled appointment, to confirm attendance. - On receiving text message reminder, if clients are aware of any reason for a non-attendance, please contact Lowri via telephone call/text on 07714750842, or via any social media platform, anytime prior to the 24hour mark, to ensure no loss of deposit.
Understandably, rare and unfortunate circumstances could arise as a valid reason for a no-show/late informing of a cancellation. In these events, changes to the cancellation policy will be considered fairly.
