Sales and service Call Centre based in Cardiff who are often looking for creative, confident and committed individuals to join the team!

LTH is a sales and service centre based in Cardiff – we specialise in various consumer memberships and services. We are a relatively young company which has been operating for over 6 years and we have a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and data management.

For our employees we aim to create a fun and rewarding work-place which supports the development of staff in many ways. Our current policy is that we only promote from within - meaning everyone at the centre (including Team Leaders to Management) all started on the phones as Sales Executives.

We understand that although sales is very rewarding, it isn't always easy so we generously reward our staff for their hard-work through many incentives and bonuses.

We aim to put something back into society and are keen to support many charities and hospices. We regularly arrange a variety of fund-raising events and have raised over £300, 000 for charity over recent years. We are committed supporters of Velindre Cancer Centre and The Wallich Homeless Charity but also support many other causes.
