Hello everyone.
My name is Lukasz (or LUKE for friends) and I'm a Pastry Chef and a Head Baker. For the last 8 years I have worked for some of the best cake shops and bakeries in London.
This year me and my "second half" decided to move to Swansea because we felt in love in this City long time ago.
I still work on a daily basis as a Pastry Chef but in my free time I would like to make some delicious and beautiful cakes for you.
I do everything from the scratch. All the sponges, icings etc etc.
I don't use preservatives, improvers, enhancer or any other substances. I keep my recipes free of it.
