Agents have no idea about the properties they show. They lie in the adverts, pictures look nothing like the house actually did. They also turned us down from viewing a property that was almost £800 because the they said the bedrooms are too small?

We emailed the company and the company gave us a phone number, which we rang immediately.
The person on the phone informed us that she had no idea want the property was like and she had never even been to the town it was in.
Despite that, we had a viewing for the following Thursday.
On the Thursday, we waited outside the property for an hour, but nobody turned up.
My boyfriend rang the company and told them that nobody had turned up, so the company informed us that they had booked us in for another company, because they didn't want to forward our information the the owner of the property we were going to see!
No apologies were made and the company weren't remotely bothered, completely unprofessional and I suggest that if looking for a property, you look elsewhere!

Luscombe & Co have been fantastic with finding me a new home! The person who helped me was Anna she went the extra mile all the time for me and always keeping me updated through every step of the process. Everything was explained clearly, I reported a problem to do with the cooker and somebody came out the same day they are so efficient and really do care about their tenants. I am so glad I used them as an agent.

Worst letting agents ever dealt with. Lies to tenants and landlords. Charged landlords for work not carried out. Ignorant to tenants, been fleecing the landlords for years charging 400 for home inspection and reporting all was well when actual fact past tenants trashed place and left loads behind. Lushcombe stated it was all from landlord....not true. When we got in touch with landlord she stated house was empty when she left. More lies. Shame on you lushcombe for being less than human and taking landlord for a ride. LANDLORDS AND TENANTS BEWARE! Please get in touch if you feel this isn't accurate. Currently landlord is in process of taking them to court .its that bad. message to lushcombe. .....stop trading, you are no good at what you do.SHAME ON YOU.
