Visited the new store yesterday was greated by a lovely gentleman who showed me around. Super impressed by the new spa area ’┐Į Then had a consultation with Lucy who was very helpful with product recommendations. Currently sat in my turtle bathbomb ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į Great store ’┐Į

Their bath bombs are epic. Much loved by my daughter and again thanks to lush for protecting her interests by exposing abuses of power. Don't worry, the people who want to boycott you never shopped with you anyway because they just don't care. Please read beyond the headlines before you all make yourselves out to be fools.

Lush are a highly ethical company with a finger on the pulse of social issues and local charities etc. I will always buy my cruelty free cosmetics from them. Highly recommended.

Lush Cardiff is one of my favourite stores after I had an amazing customer service experience with a lovely lady called Lydia. She was pleasant, helpful, kind and extremely informative. Lush is extremely lucky to have her on their team and I'll be recommending Lush to my friends after this fantastic experience. Her passion for her job really shows and honestly that was the best customer service experience I've had. Just went in to the Cardiff store with my friend and had a wonderful experience thanks to your employee called Jenny.



We walked away after having a fantastic retail experience and will happy to shop In Cardiff Lush again. Jenny gave us a consultation regarding the fresh face masks and talked us through each one in depth which was great. We also all chatted about our love of Lush and found out we all had quite a lot in common which felt like chatting with a friend!

I went into lush Cardiff today with a friend of mine and it was one of the best experiences IŌĆÖve had thanks to soph!!



Having anxiety sometimes I feel a little on edge in lush but she made me feel very calm and was extremely friendly. I didnŌĆÖt have much money, but despite that she sat with us for around half an hour to demonstrate face masks, scrubs and moisturisers, making me feel very welcome. Afterwards she wrote down the products I liked so that when I had more money I could purchase them which I appreciated a lot.



I just wanted to say a special thank you to Soph for making my experience so pleasant!!

I respect everything Lush do, including their activism. Their products are great and staff are always a joy to talk to. Anyone that thinks they're "anti-police" haven't looked into what they stand for and what the campaign was actually about. Please educate yourself. And shame on you for putting one star reviews up and trying to silence or discredit a company who have done the most patriotic act-which is protest an injustice.

Had some absolutely wonderful service in your Waterloo branch. Was my Mum's birthday so went in to buy something for her and the staff member behind the counter gave me a free bath bomb and said "make sure you pamper yourself too!" So cute! Thank you! I support you!

First, I had a treatment today, and it was breathtaking. If you're reading this and currently in any doubt about trying out the spa - don't delay because you will never look back. So personal, quirky, beautiful and relaxing.



After the treatment I spent some time with a lovely lady called Allegra who really knows her stuff. We smelled loads of perfume and it amazed me how emotionally charged Lush scents can be. The perfume I bought, Breath of God, is incredible and leaves me feeling strangely empowered. Almost like magic!



If I could review Lush Cardiff twice, I would give ten stars instead of five :-)

Always been a fan of lush's products aswell as their ethical campaigns and had the incredible experience of trying the tailor made spa treatment in the Cardiff store. Staff are so welcoming, easy to talk to and help make it so magical and relaxing. Well worth it to anyone considering!

I believe your current advertising campaign is ill thought out and very negative. Whilst I see from your recent press release you say it is not anti police for the vast majority of people who see this in the windows of your shops the point is not clear.

For the domestic violence victim trying to gain the courage to speak to the police this could put them off.

For the child who is lost and needs help, this could put them off contacting the police.

For the vulnerable person who is the victim of crime, this could put them off contacting the police.
