Renovation of a property down mumbles over looking the bay completed a little while ago just been slow to get some pictures.

2 x kitchens at student property in mount pleasant, the upstairs kitchen was about to become part of the living room due to the joists being rotten.
So the joists were all changed and the new kitchens installed, some small exterior works also carried on at this property.
All electrical installation was undertaken by M J Electrical.
