I have always loved to bake!
When my girls were growing up I baked for them most days to use the eggs our ducks produced.
When we moved to Mid Wales I began baking cakes for Machinations, a popular visitors attraction.
We were lucky to secure the lease on a small workshop, our kitchen has received a five star rating from Powys County Council.
